Concinna is assembled entirely from public-record sources — named federal and public authorities — joined on the identifiers that link them. This page states what is in the record today, how it is kept current, and the boundaries we hold.
Current coverage
3,111,432,951 governed rows across 280 active datasets, exposed through 368 live views. Verified against the live lake on 16 June 2026. Each dataset is counted once — no double-counting of superseded versions.
Where it comes from
Named authorities including CMS, FDA, IRS, SEC, DOL, FEC, HRSA, OIG, NPPES, NIH, and SAM, alongside published hospital price-transparency files and state-level registries. Every answer carries the named authority behind it.
How it stays current
Each source refreshes on its own cadence, and freshness is tracked per source rather than assumed. Ingestion is verification-first: figures are stress-tested against the live record before they are trusted.
Live vs. roadmap
Our roadmap describes planned coverage over the next 12 months and is labeled as engineering roadmap, not current state. Numbers on the home and capabilities pages reflect what is live and queryable today.
Boundaries we hold
No protected health information (PHI). No patient-level licensed claims unless separately scoped under a compliant engagement. Output surfaces public-record signals for review — it does not make determinations. See Security and Terms.
