What the product is

Concinna surfaces public-record signals for review and investigation. It does not make legal, clinical, credentialing, employment, insurance, or reimbursement determinations, and any output requires client review and appropriate professional oversight before it is acted on.

Not a consumer report

Concinna is not a consumer reporting agency and its output is not a "consumer report" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It must not be used as a basis for eligibility decisions about credit, employment, insurance, or housing.

Accuracy

Public data can contain errors and gaps. Output is provided "as is," without warranty. Verify any material finding against the primary source.

Intellectual property

The site, the assembled graph, and the views over it are the property of Talon AI LLC. You may not resell or redistribute the output without a written agreement.
